* Students above all staff: In BIBS we believe that students are important as much as the school's head and other management members therefore we believe that they should be involved in decision making because they can help the management in pointing out disadvantages of the schools and things that should be developed in order for the school to be a better place for them.

Is responsible for making sure that other management members and staff are doing their jobs properly.
Dorm masters
Are people who are responsible of taking care of students:
* checking that students are in good health daily
* taking attendance at dorms
* checking students behavior
* assist students
* Gateway between parents, students and teachers
* check students rooms hygiene
